Why has San Francisco become the city of millionaires?

Deniz Kahramaner , a Stanford-trained data scientist and Atlasa’s founder, analyzed the profile of the new owners of real estate in San Francisco. The result revealed very clearly a correlation between IPOs (Initial Public Offering) of the tech companies based in Silicon Valley and the upward fluctuations in the value of properties, especially relating to some neighborhoods.
