Real estate agents predicted an influx of new millionaires

The New York Times reports real estate agent Deniz Kahramaner said one-bedroom condos worth less than $1 million and single family homes selling for under $3 million will be a thing of the past in less than five years.

He said the latter could reach an average of $5 million.
